Around this time last year I had the absolute pleasure of being invited onto the Real Life Magic podcast with Chelsea Banaszek.

I was finishing up my Master's Thesis on Mindfulness, Self Compassion, and Sleep and reflecting what the how the Real Life Magic of sleep and dreams overlapped with my "real life” pursuit of becoming a sleep scientist and sleep researcher.

The synchronicities are not lost on me that this podcast is landing on the same week that The Art of Rest was fully ready to be launched.
