*SPRING EVENT ANNOUNCEMENTS*
Missoula Dream-Sharing Container & Spring Grief Ritual || Bozeman Embodied Nervous System Training || NEW digital content
Our Community Spaces:
Happy late February y’all—
I hope all of you have found a giant, regal horse to ride around on and lit yourselves on fire (or something) this past weekend.
I try to keep these event announcements far and few between, but there are a couple of exciting events right around the corner I don’t want you to miss!
With all the chaos going on in the world around us, I personally, couldn’t think of better ways to use my time and energy than being present, creative, and connected in community settings.
This Friday — Missoula’s Monthly Community Dream Sharing Container
“Sharing dreams gives us practice in holding stories that don’t make logical sense with respect and reverence, curiosity, silliness, and they give us an opportunity to have someone else receive us being nonsensical, too.” — From The Rest: What About Dreams? Dreams As An Important Way of Knowing
If you’ve been around here for awhile, you’ve probably heard me gush about dreams at least a time or two. Last fall we kicked off our Missoula dream series that ended up being popular enough to make it winter-long endeavor. This winter we’ve teamed up with Ritual Yoga and our once-a-month community dream sharing container is this coming Friday from 6:30 - 8:30.
We’d love to see you there <3
April 3 & 4 — Bozeman Embodied Polyvagal Theory Training
I know, I know, I know.
Polyvagal Theory (PVT) has been under fire lately. Don’t even get me started around why the conversation around this is somehow both too broad, and too nuanced all at the same time. On this substack I float in and out of related theories, but it’s been a pivotal framework around how I learned to work with clients.
What you need to know is this—Our weekend-long, embodied nervous system training is a potent, skill-packed experience that will leave you feeling substantially more clear around knowing your own body and tools to better understand the bodies of those you might work with.
We focus on the embodied particulars and practices so you can walk away with a sense of confidence. This training helps folks pinpoint which tools for nervous system regulation are appropriate at what times.
It’s an excellent crash-course for counselors, therapists, bodyworkers, graduate students, self-employed folks, and anyone walking around in a human body.
Early bird pricing ends at the end of the month!
Pre-register today to make sure you get a good deal 😉
Also, We’re Likely Hosting Another Missoula Grief Ritual…
We were so nourished by the most recent one, and we combed over your feedback.
We’ve been approached by several folks in town who were hoping we’d host another one soon. Not to make any promises before the particulars are settled in, but if you’d like to be notified about when we announce dates, times, location…
Finally, We’ll Be Launching New Digital Content Soon!
I will be needing a set of beta testers to try out some digital sleep-health, stress, and creativity based, self-paced courses as they roll out over the spring and summer.
These beta tests will be at a deeply discounted price range and you’ll have the opportunity to play as much or as little as an active role with fine-tuning them before they’re open broadly to the public.
If you’re interested in being a beta tester for me, make sure you sign up!
As per usual,
Thanks for being here!
